Responsibilities and Duties
- Forklift operation (loading and unloading of seed and chemical)
- Assists in the conditioning of Soybean seed
- Maintenance of yard, buildings and equipment
- Assists in the blending and loading of liquid and dry fertilizer
- Delivery of products to our farm customers
- Carries out regular inventory counts

**Skills**:

- Demonstrates outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods under all weather conditions
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
- Class 3 drivers license considered an asset
- Strong mechanical skills
- Available to work evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

- Oak Bluff, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
