Reports to: EVP / Chief of Staff

As the Director of Creative Services at SRTX, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of the creative department, ensuring seamless execution of projects that align with the brand’s vision and business goals. This role focuses on managing the operational aspects of creative production, with an emphasis on efficiency, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration to support SRTX’s broader business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Management & Workflow**: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of all creative assets. Implement workflow systems that improve efficiency and collaboration within the creative team.
- ** Resource Allocation**: Lead the allocation of creative resources across multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when necessary.
- ** Operational Leadership**: Serve as a liaison between creative teams and other departments (eCommerce, marketing, product development), ensuring that creative output meets strategic goals and supports business objectives.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline creative operations, optimizing team performance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- ** Budget Management**: Manage the creative department’s budget, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints while meeting the creative and marketing needs of the business.
- ** Quality Control**:Ensure all creative assets are aligned with SRTX’s brand standards and maintain the highest level of quality across all platforms, from digital to print.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management in a consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
