**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe installation or repair.
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to integrate plumbing with heating and cooling systems.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading for accurate installation and repairs.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and equipment.
- Ability to plumb various types of fixtures and appliances efficiently.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required in various job tasks.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus for integrated installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
