Camp Waterfront Director

**Waterfront Director (Summer Position)**

**Location**:Swallowdale Camp, based at Rosseau Lake College
- Adhere to all Ontario Camps Association (OCA) regulations regarding waterfront supervision
- Ensure the safety of all staff and students at the waterfront
- Supervise a beach front
- Supervise swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, and canoeing
- Ensure lifeguards and staff are following camp safety procedures
- Ensure that waterfront equipment is used and stored appropriately
- Supervise a team of lifeguards

**Qualifications**:

- At least 18 years of age
- Current NLS
- Experience working in a camp setting and/or with children/youth
- First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with children and youth
- Police Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening required

This is an overnight summer camp. All staff must be prepared to live on-site while the camp is in operation. Full accommodation and meals are provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 weeks

**Salary**: From $900.00 per week
