**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent patient and prescription information
- Clerical duties including completing all records, documentation and patient or third party billings/charges, preparing receipts, invoices, letters, memos and general filling
- Fill prescriptions in a fast-paced setting, including blister packages.
- Accurate dispensing prescription medications
- Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems
- Answer phones and general OTC inquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary
- Handling customer prescription pick up
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
- Keeping a safe, comfortable and clean work environment
- Possess a positive team spirit in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards while delivering superior customer service
- Performing all other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn is required.
- No Experience is Necessary.
- Training in our store-specific system will be provided.
- Medical background _can_ be asset.
- Strong customer support skills - able to maintain a professional demeanor when speaking with our customers.
- Remains calm under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines.
- This position requires a significant degree of self-starting and independence in an ever-changing environment.
- Must have open availability. Must work evening and weekend shifts.
