In-house Project Specialists will work closely with our Print Sales Consultants to provide customers with a positive experience through clear and regular communication, technical support, training and project management assistance. The Project Specialist’s key priority is to promote efficient submission of materials from customers. They will travel out into the field as required once or twice a year with their Consultants to build relationships with both the advisor and the school administration and to help the advisor keep their project on track.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Customer Relations Management software
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self motivated
- Evident leadership skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to present to groups in-person or through online webinars
- Travel required a few times a year

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor territory status daily to keep projects moving from customer to production
- Review Production lists to see action items and information that is missing
- Communicate with planners and production to ensure accurate information
- Adjust quotes as needed to keep components moving through production
- Record quality concerns on appropriate reports and forward to the manager
- Review the price of the book based on the quote and the order received
- Review, modify, and approve rough invoice figures
- Assist consultant with renewal on unsigned customers as requested
- Manage all product types from the assigned territory including yearbooks and custom print projects
- Travel with Consultants as scheduled
- Work with customers to submit orders, cover design and endsheet design
- Present structured technical lessons to groups of customers and staff in-person or through online webinars
- Conduct tours for customers or potential customers
- Attend sales meetings and yearbook workshops
- Maintain assigned portion of the Project Specialist folder and procedures
