**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Academic Support Officer, the ECOR Administrator is responsible for the administrative oversight of the ECOR zero-credit course program.
Additionally, the ECOR Administrator contributes to first-year engineering registration and student support initiatives, by providing clear, accurate, and concise information on a full range of academic issues to first-year undergraduate students, staff and faculty, of the Faculty of Engineering and Design.

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

- Knowledgeable about administrative and academic procedures.
- Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong team player capable of relating professionally to all members of the University community (staff, faculty, and students).
- Exercises tact, discretion, and respect when dealing with various stakeholders.
- Skilled in problem-solving and knows when to refer students for additional assistance.
- Knowledgeable about University Services.
- Works accurately with attention to detail, emphasizing reliability and precision.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and self-motivation with mínimal supervision.
- Understands and operates effectively in a culturally diverse workplace.
- Adaptable to changing environments and demonstrates sensitivity to various cultural, ethnic, and linguistic profiles.

**Education and Experience**:
The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

- Completion of a University degree.
- Three-years of related experience, preferably with knowledge in learning support.
