**Responsibilities**:
Skilled Machine Operators:

- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Follow project instructions and plans provided by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Pipe Layers:

- Lay, align, and join underground pipes according to project requirements.
- Install and connect pipes for water, sewage, and drainage systems.
- Perform excavation and trenching duties.
- Ensure proper grading and leveling of pipes.
- Inspect and test pipes for leaks or damages.
- Collaborate with other workers to complete projects efficiently.

Concrete Formers:

- Construct and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring, including cleaning and leveling.
- Pour and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Smooth and finish surfaces to achieve desired textures and appearances.
- Install reinforcement materials, such as rebar or wire mesh.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the respective field (machine operation, pipe laying, or concrete forming).
- Strong technical knowledge and skills related to the position.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow them strictly.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: $21.00-$32.00 per hour
