Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently seeking a **Copy Writer/Content Creator **to work out of its headquarters in Acton, ON.

**Job/Position Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow copy and content guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice
- Review, copyedit, and proofread marketing pieces written by team members on the Marketing Team and across the organization
- Collaborate and proactively supports colleagues and is focused on achieving team goals above all
- Work on team projects assigned and tracked through Asana (Project Management software)
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in writing or marketing; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in writing specifically for marketing in a variety of digital and print media
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in both short and long-form writing
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be fluent in Microsoft suite and use of shared file systems such as SharePoint
- Proficiency in Asana, Monday, or similar project management platforms an asset
- Positive and proactive communication style
- Must have a professional portfolio of relevant marketing writing to share
- Experience in B2B marketing or a mix of B2B and B2C marketing is preferred
- Industrial sector experience of any kind is a plus but not required
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus but not required
