**Position Information**:
Temporary until approximately November 11, 2023.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, including weekends, 8 hour shifts (07:30-15:30). Must be available for on-call weekends, and stat holidays.

**Basic Requirements**:

- High school diploma;
- Certificate in electrical or mechanical technology;
- Medical Gas Technician Course (CHESS) or equivalent;
- Six (6) Months of experience with medical gas equipment including the servicing of medical gas outlets, testing of medical gas alarm panels, and medical gas bulk storage systems;
- Knowledge of WHMIS and safety practices for materials used including chemical spill and cleanup procedures;
- Understanding and reading of blue prints related to location and function of medical gas lines;
- Ability to calibrate technical gas equipment;
- Good oral communication skills;
- Basic math skills;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
