Billing Assisstant

**Job Summary and Purpose**:
Reporting to the Office Manager of this Mississauga based company, this evolving entry level Office Assistant position will be responsible for performing tasks related to sales support, quote preparation, processing work orders and general office duties.
This highly motivated individual will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Be able to work well in a team and be individually independent. The Office Assistant will have effective time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Specific Responsibilities**:

- General sales support by performing administrative duties, sales leads and preparing quotes.
- Corresponding and speaking with customers/suppliers.
- Processing and maintaining documentation and records control for enquiries and quotations.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Scheduling.
- Correspondence.
- Preparation of materials, reports, quotes and sales leads.
- Typing up invoices for customers.
- Research.
- Assistance with website maintenance.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and work to deadlines.
- Adapt and respond positively to change.
- Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Explorer.
- Two (2) years of recent related office experience preferred.
- University/College graduates/diploma preferred.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and to perform with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Effective time management skills.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
