**Maintenance Technician Position**

We are currently in search of a part time or full time handy man to become an integral part of our team. As a handyman, your primary responsibility will be to repair any issues that the home.

**1. Repair or renovate ** areas as instructed by the general manager

**2. **Compliance Assurance**: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and building codes, ensuring all work is executed in a manner prioritizing safety and legal requirements.

**3. **Resource Optimization**: Effectively gather tools and supplies for each job, Seek cost-effective solutions for equipment and supply requirements

**4. **Workplace Orderliness**: Maintain a neat and organized work environment, including work areas and storage spaces

**6. **Compensation**: Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
