Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage inventory of grains, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Learn to grade grains according to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Operate the lab equipment efficiently and accurately to process incoming trucks during harvest.
- Provide vacation relief support as needed, ensuring continuity in operations and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in grain merchandising or related role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
