Pot Washer

** Restaurant/food service experience is recommended.**

** Food handler's certificate is preferred.**

**For this position, it is expected that the individual is able to**:

- Have a good understanding of cleaning and washing cooking utensils and equipment using the "three Sink Method"
- Have basic knife skills
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Work in an organized fashion
- Lift 20kg (44lbs)
- Stand for 8 hours

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Prepping ingredients. (Chopping, slicing, dicing, etc )
- Assembling prepared foods items
- Preparing ingredients for sauces and fillings
- Thorough cleaning of pasta machines
- Washing pots, pans and equipment
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Sanitizing

- 10 hour shift

- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
