OneSchool Global North America is seeking a dynamic and energetic Regional Principal

The Regional Principal is ultimately accountable to the Regional Director of Education and is responsible for a group of Campuses within a Region; ensuring consistency in the delivery of the curriculum, Learning to Learn Framework and school operations in line with the Global vision, values, and strategy.

Strategically directing the work of District/Campus Principals, the Regional Principal is expected to build a high-performance team, aligned with the OneSchool Global (OSG) Personas, ensuring accountability for delivery of ambitious strategic goals. The Regional Principal ensures productive and collaborative working relationships are built with local Campus Administrator Boards, and Regional Team Leaders, to ensure rigorous governance.

The Regional Principal works as part of the Regional Support Office team to deliver a consistent strategy for Campus support and communication with all stakeholders.
- Key Accountabilities*

**Vision, Values, Ethos and Guiding Principles**:

- Strategically lead all District/Campus Principals to build a high-performance team and to ensure the ethos, values and guiding principles of OSG are maintained.
- Strategically lead implementation of the OSG Learning to Learn Framework within every Campus, ensuring it is the founding principle in all teaching and learning programs within Primary and Secondary. Understood by everyone - students, staff and parents.

**Educator and Leadership Development**:

- Ensure that all District/Campus Principals understand and are held accountable for their responsibilities.
- Through the leadership of District/Campus Principals, ensure that all education and student support staff access the OSG Induction and Teacher Academy program.
- Strategically direct and hold District/Campus Principals accountable for Quality Assurance of Teaching and Learning, leadership, student outcomes, stakeholder engagement and governance across Campuses within the Region; using OSG tools and procedures, including following up on next steps.
- Provide professional coaching and mentoring to District/Campus Principals in order to develop the quality, consistency, accountability and impact of leadership at every level in the Campus.
- Direct the work of District/Campus Principals to ensure a program of professional coaching, mentoring, and line management for Campus staff that is individualized, value-adding and fully aligned to the OSG vision, values and strategy.
- Continually strive for growth and improvement in the OSG Learning to Learn Framework.
- Provide reports from Campus visits that summarise findings and actions for the District/Campus Principal. Copied to the CA team and Campus Board.

**Timetable and Curriculum**:

- Ensure the OSG Timetable and Curriculum are correctly implemented and maintained in each allocated Campus.
- Ensure Campus Principals drive engagement and outcomes within the Career Advancement Program, and that they fully connect with the OSG Pathways program for students approaching graduation.

**Compliance With Statutory Regulations**:

- Provide effective scrutiny of all Campuses against the relevant statutory regulations for accreditation, registration and inspection.
- Support and hold District and Campus Principals to account for ensuring all relevant statutory regulations are met at each Campus.
- Provide immediate and effective intervention for Campuses who are not meeting one or more of the relevant statutory regulations.
- Report to the National Executive Committee and Regional Board on compliance with relevant statutory regulations, timely and as required.
- Ensure ‘inspection-readiness’ of all Campuses in relation to inspection from any regulatory authority.
- Through effective governance routines, to provide support and scrutiny of Campus self-evaluation and school improvement planning, to hold school District and Campus Principals to account for accurate and effective monitoring, evaluation and improvement.
- Ensure the Regional Policy for Child Protection is given the highest priority and fully implemented within each Campus, including training for staff, volunteers, students and parents; systems for reporting and management of concerns; record keeping; recruitment; governance and Regional reporting.

Student Outcomes
- Ensure progress of students taught remotely has equal importance at each Campus, as those students taught face to face.
- Implement a consistent process for reporting student progress and outcomes to parents.
- Strategically ensure feedback systems provide students with the information they require to improve their performance, from formative and summative assessments.
