**How You’ll Fit In**:
Are you a plant lover looking for an opportunity to turn your passion into a thriving career? Look no further Salisbury at Enjoy is seeking a Superstar Plant Enthusiast (aka Production Associate) to join our team and help us spread our love for plants.

As a Production Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team within the production line, working alongside talented plant gurus to prepare soil, plant bulbs, seeds, and cuttings, and care for our greenhouse crops. You'll get to watch plants grow under your skilled care and take pride in keeping them healthy and beautiful, all while helping to keep our inventory in check, working areas clean, and assist with other departments as needed to ensure high-quality production.

You'll be part of a supportive and passionate team that shares your love for plants and a company culture that thrives on family values. Whether you're an experienced plant whisperer or just starting out, we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed and grow with us.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare soil and assist with planting bulbs, seeds, and cuttings
- Monitor plants for healthy growth and potential weed, insect, disease, and fertilizer problems in greenhouse crops
- Assist with watering all plants
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning of all plants
- May be required to spray trees, shrubs, flowers, and plants to prevent disease and pests
- Maintain inventory
- Clean working areas
- Assist other departments in maintaining and enhancing performance for the company to ensure high-quality production
- Other duties as required

SAE Commercial Planters
- Assist the Commercial and Custom Plant Manager and the team to create and build commercial planters

**Qualifications**:

- Background in horticultural considered an asset
- Must have in-depth plant knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
