We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Foreman to join our team. This position requires expertise in various trades, including painting, flooring, carpet installation, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC duct installation. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality painting jobs, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing.
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring, such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile.
- Handle carpet installation tasks, including measuring, cutting, stretching, and securing.
- Conduct electrical work, including wiring, installing fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Undertake plumbing tasks, including pipe installations, repairs, and fixture replacements.
- Install HVAC ducts and ensure proper airflow throughout buildings.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or Foreman, with expertise in painting, flooring, carpet installation, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC ducts.
- Strong knowledge of techniques, materials, and tools used in the trades mentioned above.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-48 months

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
