**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products to high-quality standards in a timely manner. **Responsibilities**: - Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats using butcher's cutlery and powered equipment - Prepare special cuts of meat as requested by customers - Package, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat - Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling customer orders **Experience**: - Prior experience in a kitchen or food industry setting - Proficiency in meat cutting techniques and food safety practices - Knowledge of various cuts of meat and their preparation methods - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment *Skills:* - Kitchen experience - Customer service skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Experience in the food industry - Butchery skills - Proficiency in food handling - Meat cutting expertise - Ability to package meat products - Familiarity with food preparation techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
