**LE RÔLE**
La ou le titulaire du poste planifie, organise et donne des cours de voile. Elle ou il enseigne les techniques et les activités de voile et en fait la démonstration. Elle ou il monte des appareils et de l’équipement, au besoin, et s’occupe de clients ayant des besoins spéciaux. De plus, a ou le titulaire du poste prépare les horaires des cours, prend les présences, en fait le suivi et en fait rapport.

**QUALIFICATION REQUISE** Études, certificats et permis**

Une combinaison acceptable d’études, de formation et d’expérience sera aussi considérée

ET

Certificat valide d’Instructeur VoileCAN 3 et 4 de Voile Canada ou supérieur

Certificat valide de Sécurité nautique de Voile Canada ou l’équivalent

Carte valide de conducteur d’embarcation de plaisance

Certificat restreint d’opérateur-radio valide

Réussite de l’évaluation pour la prise de décisions éthiques du Programme national de certification des entraîneurs

Réussite du cours sur les principes fondamentaux de VoileCAN

Certificats valides de RCR et de secourisme général

Preuve d’inscription annuelle à titre d’instructeur auprès de VoileCAN

**Expérience**

De la planification, de l’organisation et de la prestation de cours de voile

De la surveillance et du contrôle de grands groupes de participants

De l’administration du personnel

**Compétences, aptitudes et capacités**

Orientation client, connaissance de l’organisation, communication, innovation, travail d’équipe et leadership

**EXIGENCE LINGUISTIQUE**
Anglais essentiel / Bilinguisme un atout

Compréhension de l’écrit : Aucune

Expression écrite : Aucune

Interaction orale : Fonctionnel
