**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing 75%**
- Follow & Implement invoicing procedures (SOP).
- Track, review, record, approve, and forward invoices for approval.
- Verify Invoice accuracy including tax information.
- Define invoicing data types and maintaining databases.
- Identify Invoice discrepancies and slow approvals.
- Manage Invoice & packing slip related requests and queries.
- Upload and archive invoice related data, as well as price sheet, rebates & agreements.
- Record, reconcile and update credits.
- Assist with past due or denied invoices.

**Reporting & Administration 25%**
- Compile and circulate weekly &/or monthly reports.
- Communicate with supplier for Invoice discrepancies and credit related queries.
- Communicate and resolve Internal customers issues related to non-conformance.
- Work closely with accounting, purchasing and receiving department.
- Report to upper management regularly and provides recommendations for better inventory control.
- Monitor inventory levels very closely and resolves any issues that may become apparent.
- Develop and implement systems for accurately managing inventory.
- Ensure seamless movement of products and inventory.

**Professional Experience Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in processing invoices.
- Knowledge of accounting databases and record keeping.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skills in MS Office, Outlook and databases.

**Educational Qualification & Certifications Requirements**:

- Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Related Field.

**Other Requirements**
- Clear criminal background check.

**Working Conditions**
- Lifting and/or carrying anywhere from 0llbs to 20 lbs.
- Operate primarily in manufacturing office environment.
- Use standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
- Flexible schedule, occasional weekend work.
- Intermittent travel to support the HR department and attend meetings.
- Pressure to produce tangible results and complete projects within tight timelines.
- Requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
