DeFord Contracting Inc. is looking for an _experienced and hardworking _**Fuel/Grease Truck Operator **for Civil Construction city projects in and around the Greater Edmonton Area.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily fueling, greasing and fluid level checks on all job site equipment.
- Complete all paperwork associated with machine services and daily activities
- Maintain Fuel/Lube truck to perform at peak operating level and ensure it meets all safety and compliance criteria
- Utilizes small assortment of hand tools to complete tasks.
- Reads and follows oil chart.
- Becomes aware of safety precautions and understands safety and occupational hazards of work.
- Keeps lube truck clean and well maintained.
- Responsible for keeping inventory of fuel, oil, grease and filters.
- While preforming tasks observe and report any defects/damage on equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2-3 years’ experience** - _experience working in civil construction is considered an asset_
- Experience fueling and oiling construction equipment including, but not limited to CAT motor graders, loaders, excavators and dozers
- **MUST have a valid class 3 license**:

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks with mínimal supervision
- Good knowledge of City surrounding areas
- Some computer skills needed
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
