**Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Warehouse**

You will be provided with extensive training regarding procedures and equipment knowledge. Prior experience in the pool industry is not required, but is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Completes shipments by processing orders
- Enforces inventory control
- Preserves clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves and work stations neat
- Provides quality service by following organization standards
- Stocking, rotating, and maintaining store shelves
- Handle a high volume of customer pickups and chlorine refills
- Building patio furniture
- Answer client questions accurately and efficiently
- All other duties and responsibilities assigned

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift operation skills an asset
- Ability to lift 50Lbs comfortably
- Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Must be available to work weekends

Contract length: 4-6 months

Hours: 40 per week

Expected start date: 2023-05-01 or sooner

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends & Weekdays

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work remotely:

- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4-6 months

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
