**Role Overview**:
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations. From managing daily activities to leading a team of talented professionals, your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and driving the success of our new concept.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service and food standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Oversee inventory, budgeting, and financial management.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Build strong relationships with guests, addressing concerns and enhancing their dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving team performance.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per hour
