Compensation and Benefits:
We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a total hourly value of $55 as a starting point for journeypersons.

Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.

The following abilities are a must:
2-5 years of surveying or total station layout experience pertinent to construction.
Certification in surveying - piping - fitting or structural trades is an advantage.
An understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines.
Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices if required.
Communicate with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades in a professional manor if/when required.
Flexibility to travel within the lower mainland.
Assist with internal or parkade layout if or when required.
Manage on site logistics, materials and pre-fab for layout and deck work.
Follow written and verbal instructions as required.
Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude.
