To better serve our Studio’s growing needs we are looking for a highly organized studio manager to control bookings made for the studio and to oversee the use of the studio by clients. As the Studio Manager, you will also be responsible for liaising with clients, creating marketing campaigns for the studio, and preparing invoices for clients. To be successful as a Studio Manager you should have an excellent understanding of the industry and the ability to manage multiple bookings without clashes. A good Studio Manager ensures that clients can make use of the studio safely and to its full potential for their projects.

This is a full-time position located in Ottawa. This position reports to the CEO of Lenz Studio and the hours of work are typically Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. This position may include overtime and weekends.

**Studio Manager Responsibilities**:

- Book spaces needed by clients.
- Managing the day to day running of the Creative Studio; managing all studio operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools.
- Assisting the client on their production needs when required.
- Ensure that the equipment is in working order before and after use.
- Liaise with contractors that may be needed for clients' projects.
- Create attractive and effective marketing campaigns for the studio for social media.
- Curating image libraries and video, art work and branding assets. Ensuring files are stored and named according to protocols
- Work on Publishing 1-2 blog posts per month on LinkedIn
- Prepare invoices for clients.
- Setting up systems and processes so that the studio and the wider agency are aware of how the creative studio operates.
- Retain the Cleanliness of the space, Book cleaning services if needed.

**Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Photography/Videography
- Social media
- Good writing skills
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.( Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts when needed.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Must be very detail-oriented and organized.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
