ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATES

We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to join our newest sales team We are in search of those with an entrepreneurial mindset who can help us grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, providing a safer range of better choices for adult smokers. We’re focused on having people participate in a change, this means talking to people IRL. We need social butterflies who can not only hold a conversation but really connect with people while remaining professional.

Motivated individuals who perform get to participate in profit sharing; when YOU and the team hit the targets, You and the team receive a percentage of the variable fees. We subscribe to cooperative finances, where funding directly benefits the individuals involved in the program.

WHAT’S A WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?
- Engaging and educating adult smokers
- Two locations per day, eight-hour shifts, 3x per week
- Trade support; key retailers, pub, restaurants, and clubs
- Attending ongoing training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped and confident, we believe a positive consumer experience is an outcome of a great experience by everyone including YOU
- Coaching and audits to make sure everyone is following guidelines and protocols around sales, operations, health, and safety. This is a priority for our company.
- Working collaboratively to make sure everyone is exceptional. We need individuals who think and speak boldly about our business to unlock the communal genius of our high-performance culture. Without live feedback and accurate reporting, we can’t make a significant impact or deliver tangible results. It also means endless group chats, sharing pictures, videos, and emojis even on your days off.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- You got to be comfortable speaking with every customer Can’t be shy Did you take drama in high school or perform dance routines with your cousins at family functions? Did your teacher tell your parents you were disruptive in class? PERFECT.
- Sales and customer service is an absolute must - no exceptions, please don’t waste anyone’s time, including yours, if you haven’t worked in these categories.
- The ability to work well in a team environmentFor real. We lead through service of others to model an experience we want for each other, our clients, consumers and the industry. No exceptions, this is our core DNA. Our teams are everything.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Hourly based $30 plus health benefits and bonus
- Changing, non-traditional schedule focused on late afternoon and evenings Thursday - Saturday, not a lot of wiggle room
- Total hours currently 24 per week with a significant chance of this increasing pending the campaigns success

ADDITIONAL INFO:

- Transportation or must live within region
- Background check
- Will be required to stand for extended periods of time, and lift / carry 25-50 pounds
