**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Campus Director, the Instructor’s key responsibilities include:

- Interacting professionally with students, faculty, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
- Delivering instruction aligned with curriculum objectives and program goals.
- Preparing engaging lectures and employing diverse teaching methods to promote student success.
- Monitoring and discussing individual and group progress with students.
- Clarifying course objectives and core concepts.
- Participating in course and educational tool development as needed.
- Reporting significant course-related issues to the Campus Director or Coordinator.
- Attending instructor meetings and orientation events when required.
- Adhering to campus policies and procedures for students and instructors.
- Collaborating with administrative staff and submitting required documentation promptly.
- Upholding professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions and responsibilities.
- Submitting student attendance and final grades within specified timeframes.
- Ensuring academic tools and online course materials are current.
- Organizing remedial sessions for canceled classes.
- Proposing and implementing approved updates to instructional materials.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or recognized certification in the relevant field.
- Experience in settings such as schools, kindergartens, or daycares.
- Knowledge of child-related challenges (e.g., PPD, AAD).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferably with adults) or a teaching certification.
