We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist with an appetite for a challenge to flex their marketing muscles and assist us in growing our business. As an early member of our team, you’ll play a huge role in shaping our brand for the future.

This is an amazing opportunity to use your acquired knowledge and skills and build your portfolio and showcase your talents as THE marketing department, as opposed to just one in the crowd.

**Skills required**:
A creative self-starter with in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed.

A (self-endorsed) customer service guru who can turn that frown upside-down with their exceptional problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.

Someone able to sweat the small stuff, who pays attention to details while keeping organized and on top of deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required, French is an asset.

And most important of all: you must play well with others. We’re a small team and we share our toys - no schoolyard squabbles here.

Knowledge or interest in real estate an asset.

**Your duties would include**:
Develop and deliver Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Use metrics from Google Analytics to track the performance of our website. Monitor and report on performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions.

Track digital campaigns’ budget, optimize keywords to deliver higher results on Google results page.

Knowledge of WordPress. Manage website content, optimize on page SEO when necessary.

Monthly SEO blog content creation for website.

Support marketing activities, create social media content and schedule calendar for monthly use. Provide strategies and suggestions to increase online presence, increase followers, etc.

Work on marketing initiatives to optimize marketing reach and impact, and effectively build and position our brand.

Design, implement, and manage social media strategies to build the Zinati brand and online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media
- Experience using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush,Keyword Planner)
- Experience using design software (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Experience using social media management tool (Buffer)
- Experience with SEO and SEM
- Experience with WordPress
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS a bonus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Problem solving skills

*Education in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Business Administration, or Advertising mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
