**About Us**

Greenlife is a landscape and wholesale nursery company based in Greely, south of Ottawa. We have been in business 20 years and our landscape division installs softscape (plants only) for residential clients referred by a local designer, a hardscape company and the Greenlife website. Our staff enjoy the challenge of installing exquisite award-winning gardens.

We need an energetic, enthusiastic individual to lead by example our crew of five professionals. Effective team leaders use an open and positive communication style to rally the support they need. A sense of humour is always handy as we work in challenging weathers and need to maintain crew morale.

**Job Duties**
- Read and interpret landscape designs to scale
- Delegate duties to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Monitor project progress and anticipate upcoming tasks and labour requirements
- Assist and train crew members as needed
- Act as the on-site liaison for client and designer needs and concerns
- Record project progress and keep track of all expenses and receipts

**You will have**:

- A minimum of two years horticulture experience
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- G class driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Eligible to work in Canada

The workday is from 7am-5pm and you will need your own transportation as we are not on a bus route.
