**Job Overview**
Women's Fitness Clubs of Canada Burlington is in search of skilled and energetic spin instructors who have rhythm, passion and love to perform Equal parts educator, DJ, coach, and motivator you must be passionate about inspiring riders to exceed their goals with awesome playlists and uniquely curated rides.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver world-class fitness experiences that emphasize entertainment, education and community building
- Develop class programming, playlists and signature elements that allow your own unique approach and practice to shine while working within the WFCC framework
- Motivate, inspire and build relationships with guests as well as fellow team members
- Show up on time (15-20 mins before the scheduled class time) and be fully prepared to offer an exceptional experience to students
- Be a team player and sub for your fellow instructors when necessary

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience coaching in group fitness studios or personal training
- 1-3 years teaching/participating in indoor cycling classes is an asset
- Thorough understanding of rhythm rides and musicality
- Continued interest in additional training/continuing education and development
- Committed to teaching authentically, thoughtfully and with integrity
- Possesses a natural ability to create and build community

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- group fitness: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
