The IRIS clinic in Okotoks is looking for a pre-test technician / receptionist.

Optical experience an asset, but not required. You will be trained on site

**Job description**

Greet customers in a professional, courteous and attentive manner

Answer the telephone

Schedule patient appointments

Open and update patient files upon arrival

Direct patients to the right professional according to their needs

Perform preliminary eye exam tests

Handle billing and cash receipts

Close cash register at end of day

Place certain product orders via the computer system

Follow-up with customers

And a few other administrative tasks
