**Who you are**:

- Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
- Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory/management restaurant experience
- You must be available for extensive travel for extended periods of time
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office programs and Microsoft Teams
- You have great training and public speaking skills
- You are agile, adaptable and can handle ever changing situations, some of which can be difficult
- You are flexible with the ability to adjust your schedule as situations arise
- You are a team player and can work independently
- You must have good organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- You have reliable transportation and hold a valid driver's license.

**What you will do**:

- Be the ambassador of all brand policies and procedures.
- You will be based out of our corporate training restaurant at 1466 The Queensway Ave, Etobicoke.
- You will carry out In-Depth, hands-on, training with our Franchisees, General Managers and Kitchen Managers.
- Oversee franchisee and new General Manager training programs.
- Oversee and supporting New Restaurant Openings.
- Develop and implement on-going training programs for Franchisees, Mangers and staff.

**Job Requirements**:

- Safe food handling certification
- Minimum one - two years’ experience leading a team
- Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-Shirt and black baseball hat
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot kitchen
