We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Order picking
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may have opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to effectively communicate in English

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Irrigation: 1 year (required)
