In addition to the description below, I wish to explain that we are opening hundreds of medical clinics across Canada. We are starting in Edmonton and we need drywall finishing, painting, and flooring, as well as other odds and ends in regard to all-round handy man work.

A detailed painter with experience is requirement number one, other experience is a bonus.

This part-time job could turn into full-time in the near future.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Repair and patch drywall, plaster, or other surfaces as needed
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth and finished appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Previous experience in construction painting or industrial painting preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Experience with carpentry or drywall repair is a plus
- Ability to rig equipment for painting hard-to-reach areas is a plus

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects as necessary
- Valid driver's license is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
