**Qualifications**:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, with a focus on child and adolescent psychology.
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions and assessments with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
- **Registered Psychologist with the College of Ontario**
**Core Responsibilities**:
**Psychoeducational Assessments**: Specialize in administering comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify and evaluate learning disabilities, ADHD, and other cognitive or emotional challenges in children and adolescents. These assessments involve a variety of standardized tests and tools to understand each client's unique learning profile and cognitive abilities.
**Behavioral Assessments**: Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments to diagnose and understand behavioral issues in children and adolescents. These assessments are critical for developing effective intervention plans and may include observations, interviews, and standardized behavioral rating scales.
**Developmental Assessments**: Perform developmental assessments for young children to evaluate their progress across key developmental milestones. These assessments help in identifying developmental disorders and delays, providing early intervention strategies.
**ADHD & ASD Assessments**: Specialize in the assessment and diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Use evidence-based tools and methodologies to accurately diagnose these conditions and recommend appropriate support and interventions.
**Record Keeping and Documentation**: Ensure meticulous and confidential maintenance of client records, documenting all assessments, findings, and recommendations. This responsibility includes adhering to legal and ethical guidelines for record-keeping in the mental health field.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in psychological practice.
**Pay**:
Payments will be made per assessment.
Therapy pay ranges from $80-$150/hour.
