Outsides Sales Representative

Saskatoon, Canada All Out G&D Full time

We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. As a Remote Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers responding to our Facebook ads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these leads effectively, understand their needs, and convert them into paid customers. This is a commission-only role where your earnings are directly tied to your ability to close deals.

**Compensation**:
$16 - $25 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries generated from our Facebook ads.
- Convert leads into appointments and ultimately into sales.
- Work remotely, managing your schedule to respond to leads promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
