Pride Group Logistics International Ltd a dynamic and growing organization, currently seeking a motivated and organized _**Billing/Invoicing Clerk**_ to join our team **on-site**, on a **full-time basis** in **Dorval, QC**

**Requirements**:

- Computer knowledge and ability to work with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat to create written documents/letters of response, spreadsheets, reports, enter and update vendors and customers.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry, UFOS, Mercurygate software a plus.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills, be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. Ability to establish priorities in their work area.
- Must be able to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills -Bilingual (French and English both verbal & written).
- Detailed oriented, analytical thinker.
- Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work with diverse group of individuals including upper management, ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Must have reliable transportation.

**Experience**:Billing/Invoicing minimum 2 years (preferred).

**Exigences du poste**:

- Connaissance de l'informatique et capacité à travailler avec QuickBooks, Microsoft Office et Adobe Acrobat pour créer des documents écrits/lettres de réponse, des feuilles de calcul, des rapports, saisir et mettre à jour les fournisseurs et les clients.
- La connaissance de l'industrie du transport, des logiciels UFOS et Mercurygate est un atout.
- Il doit être capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication - bilingue (français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit).

**Expérience**:Facturation minimum 2 ans (de préférence)
