Britannia Fleet Services provides comprehensive trailer & truck repair, preventative maintenance, and custom fabrication to large and small fleets. We maintain and service all types of tractors, trailers, containers, and chassis. As a fast-growing company, we are looking to add an ambitious and personable Trailer Service Advisor to join our winning team.

As the Trailer Service Advisor, you will be front-line personnel, providing guidance, building rapport, and aiding our customers, service department, and technicians.

**WORK HOURS**:

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Provide reliable support to the trailer service department.
- Input and update new customers equipment into the Emdecs system
- Process repair work orders and timesheets for technicians
- Organize, scan repair work orders and file all invoices
- Scan, save and send to customer’s digital copies of safety certificates and PM sheets
- Request and update customer PO#’s into the Emdecs system
- Send digital copies of invoices to customers for payment
- Comply with the company’s Health & Safety program and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the service Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Trucking and transportation or automotive service and repair industry knowledge
- Fundamental knowledge of automotive or trailer components and systems
- Experience with invoicing, processing work orders or warranties is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work
