**Your duties shall include, but not be limited, the following**:

- Perform interior and exterior repairs to maintain the apartments, common areas, buildings according to established procedures
- Inspect and perform exterior maintenance ensuring high level curb appeal
- Identify problems or potential problems as they relate to the job
- Repair floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, cabinets etc.
- Removal/replacement of cabinets, countertops, vanities and fixtures, flooring, window coverings etc.
- Demolition
- Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets;
- Boarding - including patching
- Taping - including skimming flat ceilings
- Framing - wood & steel stub
- Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
- Other capital improvements as directed by management
- Perform painting of units/suites and building improvements
- Regularly communicate with supervisor as to make ready or repair statuses
- Manage large scale unit turns and rehabs
- Handle daily repair and upkeep of units to make units ready to rent
- Complete renovation consistent with company quality standards, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure that all Health and Safety Codes, Laws and Standards are followed
- Perfoming other technical maintenance works as required

Other duties as assigned by the regional manager
