Warehouse Supervisor

TYCROP Trailers is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Chilliwack, BC.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities including shipping and receiving component parts, raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining accurate inventory and associated records. This position must ensure the timely delivery of accurate kits and products throughout TYCROP Trailers in support of the production schedule. The Warehouse Supervisor will accomplish effective logístical oversight through strong leadership and decision-making skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products ensuring quality and safety standards are met and objective achieved.
- Manage and optimize inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Hire, train, mentor and lead warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and assign daily work, conduct performance appraisals, address performance issues, and resolve problems for warehouse staff.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of warehouse operations.
- Develop warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements and implementing and evaluating standard operating procedures.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage, execute and monitor the Inventory Audit Plan.
- Complete packing lists, bills of lading, Certificate of Origin/ Affidavits/ NAFTA Certificates, EPA, FDA, FCC, etc. forms and records, customs invoices, HTS coding when necessary.
- Perform NAFTA and other trade agreement verifications as required.
- Process freight claims for inbound and outbound shipments, when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain non-conformation and discrepancy reports.
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing inventory environment
- Previous supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment, an asset
- Proficient with various types of standard warehouse equipment and material handling tools
- Computers Skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Leadership, job task planning and organizational skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt to different project requirements.
- Demonstrates effective time and stress management skills.
- Displays a strong commitment to leadership and people management including the ability to motivate others, conflict resolution, labour planning/organization.
- Familiarity with the following regulations: NAFTA/ EPA/ TPERM, etc.

**Salary**: $37.22-$45.22 per hour
