**Job Summary**

Watson Enterprises Inc. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, which is mainly engaged in the wholesales of Asian food. After nearly 20 years of development, it has become one of the major suppliers of Asian foods in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative resource to the operation team in the generation and expedition of purchase orders, generation and communication of shipping documents, maintenance of supplier price lists and approved supplier records.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies, including forecasting and demand planning, to optimize stock levels and ensure timely product availability.
- Coordinate with external warehouses to schedule truck, track inventory, manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with the company's operational and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and smooth business operations.
- Ensure accurate documentations and records on all inventory movement in and out of the internal and external storage facilities. This involves timely updating and reporting of inventory movements in the inventory system in accordance to company's guidelines, processes and policies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaborative teamwork and achieve common goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and other logistics software
- Fluent English & Chinese speaking, listening, reading, and writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00-$3,800.00 per month
