Automotive Service Advisor and Shop Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including managing and supervising technicians, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, and listen carefully to their concerns and service requests.
- Schedule service appointments for customers, and communicate with them throughout the repair process.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for service and repair work, and answer any questions customers may have.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service, and keep customers informed of any delays or changes to their service schedule.
- Recommend additional services to customers, and explain the benefits of each service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
- Follow up with customers after their service appointment to ensure their satisfaction with our service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee safety and compliance with regulations and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising and shop management, preferably in a dealership or independent repair shop.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in computer and phone systems.
- Valid driver's license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
