We are looking for a qualified
**Office Assistant** to join our team The office assistant will support our team in Canada by performing various routine clerical duties, data entry and providing excellent customer service.

We require someone who has a front desk, clerical or administrative experience. This position will work under the direction of the Office Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out clerical tasks, such as ordering office supplies and answering phones.
- Manage and maintain records and files.
- Accurately input data on various programs.
- Process and update invoices.
- Verify shipments received for the SGR program are accurate.
- Prepare packages for shipment.
- Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.

**Skills**:

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (Secondary school preferred).
- Front Desk or Clerical Experience (2 years preferred).
- Administrative Experience (2 years preferred).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Requires clear vision, standing, walking, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

**Work Environment and Job Location**:

- This position operates in an office setting at our Vaughan, ON warehouse/office.
- Located at 2190 Teston Road, Unit B, Vaughan, Ontario L6A 4A7.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- Monday - Friday
- 8-hour shift
