Fivesky is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented individual to join our team, contributing to server and operating systems migrations for Linux environments for a global leader. If you thrive in such an environment, you could be Fivesky's next **_Linux System Administrator._**

**Who you are**:

- An advanced Linux Admin, responsible for configuring and troubleshooting Linux servers.
- Strong in your coding skills - specifically able to script from scratch in Python, and use SQL to pull data.
- Knowledgeable with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
- Experienced in automating repetitive migration tasks - able to use tools such as Ansible & shell scripting.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to new automation ideas and scripts.
- An excellent communicator through both written and verbal channels.

**What you will do**:

- Install operating systems on Linux servers and build servers for migrations.
- Use tools like Tmux or Screen to maintain remote sessions.
- Debug complex multi-server services.
- Ensure that migrations do not cause outages and that systems remain stable and functioning.
- Work with a team on a rotating schedule to provide weekend coverage twice a month.

**It would be awesome if you had**:

- Networking skills like working with Cisco switches, routing and cabling.
- The ability to query data using SQL commands.
