Hours are scheduled Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Hours will vary depending on when tests are scheduled.
On occasion, weekends will be required.**Summary**

**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**: This is a part-time casual position (up to 24 hours per week).**Duties include**:

- Assisting with setting-up examination venues by laying out stationary, equipment, and examination papers in accordance with procedures
- Following and enforcing exam procedures and regulations
- Assisting students prior to the start of exams by directing them to their seats and advising them about possessions permitted in examination venues
- Ensuring the integrity of the examination room
- Actively invigilating during examinations, and dealing with examination irregularities in accordance with procedures
- Checking attendance during examinations
- Controlling and managing the test environment
- Matching students with their photo ID’s
- Attending invigilation training/orientation session
- Communicating electronically with the Professor of Record and other invigilators

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Education Qualification: Completion of Secondary/High School Diploma
- Understand and commit to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials
- Understand the importance of criteria and protocol related to assessment, and test administration
- Dependability, reliability, punctuality
- Customer service skills
- Appreciation and understanding of differences in cultural communication styles
