**WHAT YOU OFFER**:
You have prior demolition experience.
You have prior foreman/ management experience in demolition.
Ability to read and understand blueprints
You posses strong leadership skills.
You can communicate effectively in English.
You are a Health and Safety conscious individual.
You can lift, stand, and move around for extended periods of time.
You can handle various weather conditions.
**Responsibilities**
Lead crews and support professional development of crew members.
Review Scope of work and prepare equipment and materials to complete job
Report to Superintendent and Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow
Assisting with laboring duties
Lead daily safety meetings and ensure policies and protocols are strictly adhered to.
Office based in Coquitlam BC, with job sites across the Lower Mainland.
**Salary**: $35.00-$45.62 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Experience**:
- Demolition: 2 years (required)
- Foreman: 2 years (required)
