Customer Service and Construction Coordinator

Fast paced, growing company, a leading installer and distributor in the fiberglass swimming pool industry is looking for Customer Service and Construction Coordinator

**Job description includes**:
~ Dealing with customers requirements provide
~ Assisting customers with pool permits
~ Dealing with transportation permits and dealer requests for delivery
~ Invoicing, receivables and payables
~ Inventory management
~ Provide budget numbers and DIY numbers
~ Co-ordinate with sales reps and provide sales support
~ Water testing using computerized testing software
~ Swimming pool chemical sales (walk in clients)
~ General office administration duties, Working closely with the projecy manager.

~ Excellent communication skills.
~ Pleasant phone manner.
~ Ability to multi-task in paced environment
~ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
~ Residential swimming pool and landscape construction knowledge is an asset
