Maintenance Worker

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm, Sunday 7am - 1pm
**Reports To**
Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Duties**
- Determine safety of facility structure and equipment
- Work with all colleagues to ensure proper usage of equipment
- Manage receiving schedule for parts and/or chemicals so that an appropriate receiving flow can occur
- Address requests of warehouse staff regarding faulty structural issues or faulty equipment in a timely manner
- Perform repairs on facility and equipment.
- Oversees the quality control of parts ordered and monitors any third party services provided
- Regular monitoring of equipment
- Regularly advise warehouse supervisor of any major issues
- Oversees the proper completion and documentation of all Third Party Services related to facility maintenance
- Identifies any deviations from company protocol and records corrective action resolutions on food safety documentation.
- Ensures that the warehouse is always maintained in clean manner and that all equipment in the building is maintained in good repair.
**Qualifications**
- Proven maintenance experience - 5+ Years of relevant experience preferrable.
- High school diploma or (GED), or a related degree from a technical college.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
