Durham Region Non-Profit Housing Corporation (DRNPHC) is a social and affordable housing provider in the Region of Durham providing homes to tenants with low and moderate-incomes in approximately 1200 affordable rental units throughout 18 residential properties. Our portfolio includes multiple high-rise and low-rise apartments and townhouse complexes throughout the Region.

Seeking a building **Superintendent **for 2 low-rise apartment buildings in Cannington:

- Allan’s Place, 100 McKay St., Cannington - 50 units
- Old School House Apartments, 28 Queen St., Cannington - 16 Units
- Some coverage at other DRNPHC sites will be required

Unionized position - CUPE 1764-03, reports to the Property Manager

**Housing Provided**: A 1-bedroom apartment is provided at Allan’s Place, 100 McKay St., Cannington

**JOB PROFILE**:
The Building Superintendent should possess the knowledge and ability to perform janitorial and building maintenance, lawn and garden maintenance, support tenants, and do repairs based on experience in various building trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and/or carpentry. This is a live-in position. The Superintendent currently works Monday to Friday and every 3rdweekend, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights off.
