Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a **Multifamily Project Coordinator** **to join our Edmonton Customer Solutions Center for a 1-year Maternity Leave contract.**

The **Multifamily** **Project Coordinator **is a front-line customer service position that is responsible for working with our Project sales team, coordinating deliveries and service work with clients and working with our manufacturing and service teams to ensure our clients receive a positive customer experience.

**In this position, you will be responsible for**:

- handling after-sale inquiries from clients that include service requests, delivery schedules, warranty manual submissions
- prepare and submit small product quote requests
- new account creation
- review of orders to ensure accuracy
- working with internal departments such as manufacturing to ensure accurate and complete delivery of orders; manage and coordinate delays and schedule changes

**Primary Qualifications Required**:

- minimum Grade 12 education
- strong customer service background
- proficient computer skills
- excellent time management skills
- ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Sales and/or building construction experience would be an asset
